Barbie (2023)

Most people have seen Greta Gerwig’s Barbie by now, but that doesn’t mean the film doesn’t stand up to a second watch. There are plenty of laugh-out-loud moments, as well as lots of tender and more poignant elements to the film. Plus, even if you’ve sung along to all the songs and can quote most of the lines by now, it’s still always worth appreciating the incredible styling in this movie.

When Harry Met Sally (1989)

This rom-com classic is equal parts hilarious and moving, so it should keep you entertained on a long-haul flight. If you haven’t seen it before it’s an absolute classic that still gets quoted all of the time, so it’s definitely worth a watch. If you have seen it, you’ll know how good it is already!

Citizen Kane (1941)

Often cited as the greatest movie of all time, lots of us have good intentions to sit down and watch all 119 minutes of Citizen Kane, but then everyday life seems to get in the way. Your long-haul flight may just be the perfect opportunity to settle down and enjoy this fantastic piece of cinema.
