Traveling the world full-time is just a distant dream for most people, but Marissa Daily actually made it happen. Her decision to leave her 9-to-5 job behind paid off big time, and she’s now using her platform to encourage other people to explore their passion for traveling the world.
Before becoming a lifestyle and travel blogger, Marissa studied marketing and communications at George Mason University near Washington, D.C. Following graduation, she started working as a destination marketing specialist, and this job ignited a love for travel that she simply couldn’t ignore.
Marissa Daily started using every moment of free time to hit the road and built quite a following once she started sharing her adventures with the world. She eventually decided to quit her 9-to-5 job to travel the world and discover all the tiny wonders it has in store.
Her adventure took her everywhere from Singapore to Amsterdam, and she’s sharing useful city guides in the hope they’ll help other travelers follow in her footsteps. She’s a strong believer that absolutely anyone can and should revel in the joys of seeing the world, no matter what they look like and how old they are, and she’s hoping her story will inspire people to make lifelong memories – one destination at a time.
