How to Access Amex Centurion Airport Lounges

If you have a long layover at the airport, then getting access to an airport lounge will make your wait far more pleasant. Now, American Express has changed the game, introducing Centurion Lounges to locations across the globe. Here is what you need to know about the Amex Centurion Lounge and how to gain access during your next trip.

What is The Centurion Lounge?

The Centurion Lounge was made by American Express as a special perk for Platinum Card holders. This lounge offers tasty buffets that are expertly crafted by professional chefs, while its bar offers a premium selection of beverages. Some of the 20 locations across the world offer shower suites and spa treatments. In addition to the United States, there are also Centurion Lounges in Australia, Mexico, Sweden, Brazil, the United Kingdom, Argentina, India, and Hong Kong.

How to Access the Centurion Lounge

American Express offers six credit cards that allow you access to this exclusive lounge. American Express Platinum Card, Business Platinum Card, Corporate Platinum Card, and the Centurion Card all provide you with access, as do the Delta SkyMiles Reserve and Delta SkyMiles Reserve Business credit cards. For holders of the latter two cards, they must be taking a Delta flight to enjoy this perk.
